Lil Squeeks is such an awesome vendor and we are happy to have them in our Holiday 2011 event! Shop handmade dog chew toys, cat collars, cat nip, doggy beds, coin purses, mini pillows, check book covers and MORE! Mary Immesoete is the clever creator behind Lili Squeeks. Her graphic design skills and love for clean lines & bold color make her booth a HMC3 must-stop, you will love it!
Handmade City organizer Rose Noble – aka Ladynoble, will be selling original artwork along with, handmade nature inspired jewelry & beads, art prints, and fun decor items. Colorful art meets clean design, hand drawn portraits and silly stories you are sure to love!
Another great sneak peek today! Ann Hartley of Hartley Studio will be selling at our Holiday event come December 3rd. Ann was actually a featured HMC artist back in February, check it out and read about what inspires her, her favorite handmade possession and visit her Etsy shop please. Ann stopped by the Spring 2011 event and she is excited to be a part of our next show. Probably not as excited as us though, seriously her stuff is A M A Z I N G! For all of you Facebook junkies, Hartley Studio is also on Facebook.
Our Holiday Event wouldn’t be complete without a couple great accessories booths right? Well one of our favorite accessories shop will be making their second HMC appearance at the upcoming Holiday event. Eden Accessories owner Amanda knows how to design for baby, women & kids. Her lovely hairpieces are colorful, creative and quality made. We happen to think every girl should have one of Eden’s Accessories inside their stocking this Christmas! (hear that Santa?!)
If you are looking for cute paper gifts this holiday you must visit the Doug, Jack & Me booth at the Handmade City Holiday 2011 event! Andie Douglas is the creator behind the clever designs of Doug, Jack & Me. Her funny business cards were a hit at our Spring show and at last year’s holiday event she sold some awesome Christmas cards. We are always excited to see what this chick will bring next.
We love these guys, visit their site and you will see why. Not only do they showcase writers and artists from the Midwest but they specialize in horror, dark fantasy, and supernatural fiction! AND to top it off they are all really nice and have a good sense of humor, the kind of kids you wanna hang out with after meeting them and realizing you have much in common. Needless to say Handmade City was thrilled to have them as a part of our Spring 2011 show where they sold DH Books one & two. They have since added book number three and by this comment below we may be in for a treat:
“There’s a 97% chance we’ll have an even newer title to debut at HMC. Our 4th book!” – Brad Ellis, DH Picture Guy
It isn’t for sure but that would be pretty rad right?! In addition to their books DH will also be selling tees, buttons and magnets featuring artwork from the books. Stop by the all black booth on December third and support these guys by picking up their really great reads.

We have spent the better half of this Summer crafting, relaxing, creating, and sun-bathing but the time has come to get back to work. We are now organizing and setting up our Handmade City Holiday show!
We will be opening applications at the end of the month so start spreading the word. As soon as the details for the show (time, place and date) are 100% settled we will be updating our APPLY page and sending out updates to those of you on our email list.
With new vendors and loads of new handmade products, the HMC Holiday Show #2 should be a lot of fun! Stay tune and check back soon!
